We were attracted to the Landscaping Industry in general because of the fragmentation of the industry, and tail-winds involving homeowners and businesses taking more pride in their yards. The opportunity for consolidation within the space is massive,

and there aren’t a lot of middle-market operators in a position to capitalize. In ALP’s case, they take the specific approach of targeting commercial & high-end residential properties, which tends to be more recurring and predictable in nature.
